01About us
23ADS is a digital marketing agency in Thailand providing strategy, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising management, consulting and training. By using 23ads.co or our services you accept these terms.
02Advertising management services
Clients own their ad accounts, Pages and advertising budgets and grant 23ADS access through Meta Business Manager within the agreed scope.
23ADS operates within client-approved parameters (budgets, targets, rules for pausing or resuming ads), including automated systems connected to the Meta Marketing API.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product information, the rights to content they provide, and compliance with advertising laws applicable to their products or services.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors; 23ADS does not guarantee specific sales or returns.
03Website and content
All content, articles, tools and media on this website are the intellectual property of 23ADS and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You must not use the website unlawfully or interfere with its operation.
04Fees and payment
Fees, scope and payment terms are set out in the quotation or contract for each engagement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
05Limitation of liability
23ADS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit arising from use of the website or services, including policy changes, outages or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms such as Meta. Our total liability is limited to the fees received for the relevant engagement.

08Online courses and digital products
Access. After successful payment, the buyer receives a course account on 23ads.co valid for 1 year from the purchase date. The account is for the buyer only and may not be shared.
Price. The price is the one shown at the time of payment. Launch pricing applies to a limited number of buyers, counted from completed paid orders.
Payment is processed by Stripe via PromptPay or card. 23ADS does not store card details.
Proof of purchase is sent to the email address the buyer provides.
Content. All videos, documents and files are 23ADS intellectual property. Buyers may use them for their own business but may not resell, distribute or republish them.
Results. The course teaches methods; sales depend on the product, price and the buyer's own work. 23ADS does not guarantee sales and is not responsible for decisions by third-party platforms (e.g. Meta rejecting ads or restricting accounts).
Updates. We may re-record lessons when Facebook's interface changes. Buyers within their access period receive updated versions at no extra cost.
