You can ask 23ADS to delete your personal data, including any data we received through Meta platforms (Facebook / Instagram), by following the steps below.
01How to request deletion
Send a request through our contact form with the topic "ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล / ขอลบข้อมูล" (personal data / deletion).
Include your full name, the email or phone number you previously provided, and, if the request concerns a Meta account, the relevant Page name / business name / ad account ID.
We will verify your identity (we may ask for additional details for security), delete the data within 30 days, and confirm by email.
02What is deleted
Contact details and messages submitted through this website, data our systems stored from your ad account or Page (reports, metrics, creatives relating to you) and any associated access tokens.
Exceptions: records we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting and tax documents) are retained only for the period required by law.
03Data held by Meta
For data held by Meta itself (e.g. your Facebook account), please use Meta's own tools or remove 23ADS's access from your Business Manager / Page settings.
