Refund Policy

01คืนเงินเต็มจำนวนภายใน 7 วัน

ถ้าเรียนแล้วรู้สึกว่าไม่ได้อะไร ขอคืนเงินได้เต็มจำนวนภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อ ไม่ต้องให้เหตุผล

02วิธีขอคืนเงิน

1. ส่งคำขอทาง แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ เลือกหัวข้อ "คำสั่งซื้อ / คืนเงิน" ภายใน 7 วันหลังซื้อ ใส่อีเมลเดียวกับที่ใช้ซื้อ พร้อมชื่อ นามสกุล และเลขออเดอร์ (อยู่ในอีเมลยืนยัน)
2. เราตอบรับภายใน 2 วันทำการ
3. คืนเงินช่องทางเดียวกับที่จ่าย: จ่ายด้วยบัตร คืนเข้าบัตร · จ่ายด้วยพร้อมเพย์ คืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่ผู้ซื้อแจ้ง ระยะเวลาที่เงินเข้าขึ้นกับรอบของ Stripe และธนาคาร
4. เมื่อคืนเงินแล้ว บัญชีเข้าเรียนและสิทธิ์ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์จะถูกปิด

03ชุดสำเร็จรูปตามประเภทร้าน (ซื้อเพิ่ม)

คืนเงินได้ตามเงื่อนไขเดียวกัน จะคืนพร้อมคอร์สหรือคืนเฉพาะชุดนี้ก็ได้

04หลัง 7 วัน

ไม่รับคืนเงิน ยกเว้นเราส่งของไม่ได้ หรือระบบเข้าเรียนใช้งานไม่ได้จากฝั่งเรา

01Full refund within 7 days

If the course isn't useful to you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No reason needed.

02How to request

1. Send a request through our contact form (topic "คำสั่งซื้อ / คืนเงิน") within 7 days of purchase, giving the email used to buy, your full name and the order number (in your confirmation email).
2. We reply within 2 business days.
3. Refunds go back the way you paid: card payments to the card; PromptPay payments to the bank account you provide. Settlement time depends on Stripe and bank processing.
4. Once refunded, course access and file downloads are closed.

03Shop-type pack (add-on)

Can be refunded under the same terms, together with the course or on its own.

04After 7 days

Refunds are not available, except when we fail to deliver or course access does not work due to a problem on our side.
